All products offered on this website are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, wood grain or material may occur due to the nature of handcrafted or natural materials.

3. Prices

All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable.

Prices may change at any time, but the price applicable to the order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

For international orders shipped outside Switzerland, Swiss VAT is not refunded or deducted from the listed prices.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods may include credit card and other payment solutions such as TWINT, depending on availability.

We do not store payment information on our servers.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Switzerland. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes and local VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
