We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, provided that:
- the item is unused
- the item is in its original packaging
- proof of purchase is provided
Returns must be sent back in appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transport.
Natural material variations
Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood.
Small variations in colour, wood grain or texture are a natural characteristic of the material and do not constitute defects.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos of the product and packaging
